HI, this is the 2nd time I've had this problem with a HAPP CONTROLS Vision Pro monitor. My machine is completely jamma wired and runs perfect until I connect the power to the monitor. Once connected, as soon as I through the switch, my fuse is blown out at the bottom of the cabinet! What do I look for on the CRT, as I'm sure it's nothing on the chassis. The last time I just switched out the Crt and put a new one with the same chassis and all was well. Now I'm out of monitors and I need this one to work. There must be a short or something crossed on the CRT part. DO NOT BUY MONITORS FROM HAPP. OUT of 30, I'VE had 10 with problems! They tell me to just keep sending in for free fixes as they realize there's a problem with their new manufacturer. That costs plenty in shipping! Thanks for your time.

thats strange blowing the fuse on the mains input, the monitor is it free range voltage(90-230v),have you powered the monitor up from another power source?
whats the amps of the fuse thats blowing?i think the monitor has been sent to you with a plug in the wrong place or some sort of shipping damage, certainly your looking at some sort of short on the neutral/live ac primary circuit of the monitor and either its bypassing the monitor fuse or the monitor fuse is rated higher than the cab fuse
