I went to a party Saturday as William Cutting (aka: Bill the Butcher) from Gangs of New York. Slightly modified facial hair, for no particular reason.

I'm really digging the artificially aged photograph effect. But AFAIK they only had B&W photographs in the Victorian era.

That's correct! I have more authentically aged B&W ones, but I wanted to show the costume better so I just found a middle ground.

I'm going as a Halloweentown baseball player.  We didn't put the usual effort into Halloween this year because we spent so much of October in Florida.

I went as the same thing as I did last year. It's in my avatar. I really wanted to go as something else this year, but I always think of the coolest ideas when I'm out of time to create it.

Next year I'm going as Sloth on "The Goonies".

To be expected, guess who showed up at the Halloween party this weekend as well:

A Soviet-era Russian Soldier (who is recently from Russia, and a friend of mine. The accent made the costume) and Kim Jong Il (a Korean friend of mine)

A Dollar Store costume and some Lustmord (http://www.lustmord.com/).  That's all it takes to give the neighbor kids nightmares.
