Title: CP Layout

Hey guys,
 
Just spent a couple hours on Photoshop and wanted some opinions on my Control Panel Layout.

Its not completely done, I will just be adding background and borders before it is finished.

Give me some criticism.

Are you on planning to keep those white lines? Anyway, I like it. Maybe you could experiment with adding some fine lines around the coloured balls and at the end of the "tentacles". They seem at bit cut off right now.

Not sure what the big colored balls represent.  Would it be still cool without them .... basically just having the colored lightning lines coming from the back (ie: far away) image in the back there ....?
