Title: I think I'm nuts...

I just had an idea, which would utilize my unfinished MAME cab as well as feed my jukebox want. Getting an old record mech from a 45rpm jukebox, writing a program to control it from a computer, and throwing it all in my old unfinished mame cab. Then, use a color organ for light effects, and have the computer set up to play MP3s as well.

meh, not sure you're nuts might kinda waste time though...and kind of incomplete idea

Is there a record handling interface availble now? If there is, this might actually be pretty cool. I know I couldn't whip something like that up myself though.
