Xact Stream Jockey with universal kit, used but in original box and also brand new car kit. You can have 1 in the house and 1 in the car and just move the receiver back and forth. $50.00  $40.00 + Shipping.

You can also buy a pod for this that makes it portable like a walkman. Make me an offer.
