Title: ClrMamePro or RomCenter for dummies?

Has anyone got an idiots guide to either of these?

I would like to turn my 107 mame romset into dosmame100 to try in spystyles dos/gamelauncher boot cd.

I have tried to muddle my way through but alas no luck

Go to http://easyemu (http://www.mameworld.net/easyemu/) and look at the CLRMame Pro Guide.

You'll want to set up for mame 0.100 ("Using The Profiler"), and use the Rebuilder (skip the scan section).  Make sure the source folder is the 0.107, and the destination folder is empty ready for the 0.100 sets (and set to the same as the ROM-path).

I would also back up your 0.107 romset before beginning in case ClrMAME messes up and neither one works.  (Not that that's likely, but it could happen . . .)
