Post by: arzoo on October 23, 2006, 09:00:46 am
I purchased a 27" plastic bezel. Any suggestions on how to cut it down to size for my cab?

Tin snips.

Nahhhh!! CNC Laser Cutter.....  You should be able to pick one up for around $20,000 from all good tool suppliers.

Better still... take it over to NASA JPL and have them mount it in a heat proof frame, with the bits you dont want sticking out, then have them stick it under the next shuttle they launch.... this is rocket science this is!

Best Regards,

Razor with straight edge worked great for me... I also used a fine grit sand paper along the edge to "perfect the fit"
