Title: JUMBO DMD DISPLAYS ON LAUNCH OF VPINBALL/PINMAME??
Post by: BamBam on October 22, 2006, 10:39:46 am
I have searched the beloved forums here, but have found no love.
When trying to launch a table through vpinball.exe the table loads in the background and I can hear the sounds.  The problem is that a large DMD displays takes up the entire screen and prevents me from seeing my table.
I don't see a switch in the readme files attached to vpinball or pinmame.
Any thoughts on how to bring the size of this DMD down so that it can be placed accordingly on mt pinabll table?
Thanks.

John

Check on Howards website (http://www.oscarcontrols.com/lazarus/) under wrappers for a program that's designed to deal with that.

I might have a shot a writing a wrapper for it when I get round to setting it up on my cab.

Got it sorted out now. I had to run the setup.exe of VPinMAME and under 'Setup Paths' make sure to set 'Display' to 'Default' and uncheck 'Always run in Fullscreen'. Then load the table, rightclick the display, and choose 'Restore Window Size',...
I knew it was something simple.
Thanks for your help though.
