Seriously... if our mission is to save the human race, perhaps leaving that snot nosed brat to the hulks is the best idea. We don't need kids who don't even know how to dress for a post apocalyptic world growing up and polluting the gene pool. Maybe it's Moms fault, but Mikey looks old enough to dress himself. And how does he dress himself? To look like a grunt and not only that - I think he hates me enough that he actually walks to the nearest brain when he can.
He's personally responsible for the ruining of several possible great games.
Am I the only one who hates that little twirp?

Exactly.
And what's up with Dad? I mean, on the run for your life and you pick up your BRIEFCASE? D00d, LEAVE WORK AT WORK!

He's a redshirt. Any time a redshirt beams down, you know they need someone extra around to die...
-
Who is Mikey and what does this have to do with arcade machines?
-
spystyle: Robotron.
Sometimes I just don't even bother with Mikey. I say, if he wants to be an imbecile, let him. Or maybe he's color-blind and he thinks he has a green shirt on, and wonders why you keep shooting at him before you pick him up. :dunno

Oh.. Mikey
Boy I feel silly now!
I'm really more familiar with Mappy Mouse and Doug from Dig Dug...
I Googled up a pic of Mikey and the robot

Wow, you'd think I'd have seen that ad by now! Too cool.
I wonder if I should go glue a Williams "W" on my robot...
-
Where is that robot from exactly? I seem to remember it being a popular toy from the 80s but I can't put my finger on it.

the 80's? Yeah, 2084 to be exact...
-
But if you can manage to keep Mikey alive until all of the brains are dead, you can rack up some major points!

Is it just me, or is the similarity between your avatar and the picture in that ad a little creepy? Maybe you did see it in the forgotten past and your brain made you take that picture angle subconsciously.
And screw Mikey. He gets saved only if the hulks haven't mashed him by the end of the level.

LOL. That is strange. About as close to the same picture as you can get.

Just a generic little toy.
I had one too.

It's just the natural angle to photograph the thing at. Straight on, you can't see the claw-hands or feet properly, and sideways, you can't see his chest and face.
As for the robot, he's not from anywhere in particular, just a little wind-up toy they sold back when. They were made by Tomy, and apparently they were called the "Rascal", although it doesn't say Rascal anywhere on mine. They go on ebay every so often.
