Title: Project Arcade Book CD Templates?

Hey guys I am trying to print these templates and they are not coming out the right size.  I have printed them with paint shop pro 9 and they are not the right size.  Any tips on making them the right size.  I am using the 100% image it is just not comig out right.

I had to trial and error mine.  Choose a percentage you think will be close, then try another, then another, then another, then another until the measurements actually come out right.

The issue seems to be one of resolution. When I mess around with the canvas resolution, I am always able to get the correct size. It's been a while, but I think things work out if I set the resolution to 125pixels/inch...(I think). Mess with it, and measure before you actually use the printed templates.
