Title: Mucking around with the web site

I'm experimenting with some things on the main site and on the forums as well. You're going to see some ads. I've resisted ads steadily for the 8(?) years I've run BYOAC, but I do have to pay a few bills. Please let me know if you think the ads overwhelm the content of the site. Ads *do* have to be visible to be useful, but I don't want them to detract from the site in a significant way. Suggestions welcome. Bear in mind my web design skills haven't improved dramatically in the 8 years I've been doing this, so ... :)

I hate it.  But only because I can no longer locate EE, PnR and Consoles by muscle memory alone    ;D
