Title: Removing black paint from side art?
Post by: ifkz on October 06, 2006, 11:20:36 am
My replacement Centipede cab has what appears to be some nice side art under a coat of black paint.  I've heard 3M safest strip is good for removing this without damaging the art.  Does anyone have a favorite method or product?

Atari sideart is very resiliant.. full strength stripper is just fine to use on it.. just work in 1 to 2 sq foot areas at a time and don't let it sit too long.. jsut enough for the paint to bubble and be easily scraped off with a plastic scraper.
