Title: Do all Sanwas/joysticks use the same mounting plate?
Post by: AE35 on October 05, 2006, 07:23:37 am
Hey!

I'm about to order these babies(yes, kowal, WITH the octo plates :))

But, when I look at a picture like this:

it could seem like they are narrower that the regular Sanwas/competition/
mag-stick etc?

Don't they have the same spacing between screws? I thought that was a standard
or something...

Oh, put another way, don't all sticks fit the same holes as all the others?

Thanks,

Nicholas

EDIT: I really doesn't look like that...

JLW (j-stick) universal mountplante (the same how Suzo, iL, Wico...)
JLF - only japan standart (4 candycab, Seimitsu)
Mag-stick - individual (it does not fit to all cab)

JLF

Damn!!

My cabinets only have holes that fit something like Happ etc.

This is annoying.

2 holes for stick is enough. Then use 2 holes (on diagonal) for your Happs, and second 2 holes (on second diagonal) for other joysticks.

PS. I mounted Simitysu in one hole :D
