Title: Japanese Trackballs?
Post by: J.Max on October 03, 2006, 11:32:15 pm: I'm working on a Japanese style desktop controller...I've already figured out the joysticks (Seimitsu), buttons (Sanwa), and spinner(Tornado spinner with a custom top) ...Does anyone know what kind of trackballs are used in Japanese machines? There are a few Japanese games that use them - Irritating Maze, Birdie King , etc...

The trackballs listed by Sanwa are actually copies of the standard Happs ones..... They're pretty much interchangeable with each other (they may even be Happs ones with a different name on them. At least the ones I've come across in real arcade machines are.
