Title: Happ coin door questions
Post by: jlfreund on October 02, 2006, 11:33:25 pm
Hi,

I bought a UAII cabinet that has a big hole in the front for this part:
http://www.happcontrols.com/coindoors/40094600.htm

I just finished the project and all I need is a 2 player coin door to complete everything, but I have some questions about this part.  I sent email to some happ email address a couple days ago, but didn't get a reply yet.

If I buy:
0-0946-20: 2-Entry Multi-Player Over/Under Door w/o Cashbox or Enclosure

1) What kind of wiring harness do I need?
2) What is the interface it uses -- does it plug into my computer's USB port, or does it wire up to a MiniPac, etc?
3) What power source does it use and how do I plug it in?
4) What is the "Enclosure" mentioned in the description, and do I need one?  All I have is a cut out in the front of my cabinet
5) Does it come with all the mechanisms for detecting coins (for both player slots)?
6) Is it pre-assembled, or does it come in 50 pieces, like in the exploded view?
7) What does "over/under" door mean -- are there two versions of the coin door (one with something over the door, and one with something under it)?
8. What are these parts for?

2-0769-00:  Cashbox for Multi-Player Over/Under Door
1+     $12.60
6+     $11.45
42-7328-00: 2 + 4 Entry Enclosure for Multiplayer Over/Under Door
1+     $56.55

Thanks,
Jason

I don't know the answers to your questions, but I would think you should order from divemaster here and save $50 on shipping.
