Title: BST posting restrictions? (Act Labs Light Guns on eBay)

Is there a restriction on posting in BST for new users?  I looked in the sticky and didn't see anything.  I just wanted to let people know that I have two Act-labs light guns with dual holder on eBay starting at $25 for everything, no reserve:
