Simple solution to that flimsy, feather-light shell of your ACTLabs guns.
Simply fill in the handle area with this expanding Foam called "Great Stuff"

The foam is non-conductive, adds a little weight and keeps the gun from "Creaking" when you squeeze it in the heat of the moment shooting foo's.
Open up the gun and squirt a LITTLE AMOUNT of the expanding foam inside the GRIP AREA ONLY, then close her back up, after an hour or less, the cavity should be filled.

Isn't that stuff very light itself?

You'd think playdoh (or something non smelly. I hate the smell of that stuff) in saran wrap stuffed in the hollow parts would add better weight to the gun.
-
Playdoh, Roll of Quarters, Quick Dry Cement, they would all work to some effect, but the Great Stuff will give just a bit more weight and get rid of that "Hollow" feeling.
-
Why does everyone want their gun to be heavy?!? I think it's great how light it is -- helps with fatigue during long zombie killing sprees.
-
Good point, but my main point is it fills that creaky/hollow cavity in the grip, and it adds just a little weight overall.

what about hot glue? i hate the stuff, but sounds like a good application.
