I have both these guys and I am very worried. The raiders are so bad and the Tampa o-line is just as bad. Does anyone see a brighter outlook to this or am I just in for a long year?
-
I had them for a while, but they escaped somehow. I knew I should of bought actual handcuffs instead of just tying them up.
I have no idea what we're talking about, but as a resident of los angeles (county) I am required to say, Raiders Suck ;D

Screwed. I have Moss in a dynasty league where we keep all our players every year. He sucked ass starting about the middle of last year. Nothing since.
-
And everyone ripped on Minnesota for getting rid of Moss and Culpepper. They both sucked and they make the team worse. They have crappy attitudes and that isn't good for the team. I was VERY happy to see both of them go. Good luck with the fantasy league.

Moss is still very talented and has matured so that he's not a problem anymore. It's not his fault the Raiders have a porous OL and spent all that money on a proven loser like Aaron Brooks.
Culpepper does suck, though, without the talent he had around him in Minnesota before Moss left. Miami is very talented and Culpepper has been terrible so far.

Yeah, I'm screwed on moss. Despite his talent.
Any thought on the Caddy. Think he can pull out of this?

I am a die hard Bucs fan. Always have been... watched every snap of all 6 of their games so far. Read up on them every day in the Tampa Tribune.
Williams came out awesome last year... got hurt due to overwork... was never as effective again. Tampa's OL is SO BAD right now, and even when they protect him Simms is making poor decisions... Williams is both overrated and has no holes to run through.
Moss is great on a bad team. Williams is just on a bad team.

I'll just pray for one good game so I can unload him I guess. Ahman green is my third back. I guess he'll get some time. But his situation is not great either.
Green Bay has Carolina at home next week. While Green Bay is at detroit. Which would you play if nothing weird happens this week?

Green Bay gets around! :laugh2:
Tampa is playing Carolina, so I assume that's what you meant. I would start Green over Williams.
Quick tip: Houston just acquired Samkon Gado from GB. Dude was nasty last year while Green was down and without even knowing their offense ran up 36 yards on three carries yesterday. He could easily be starting there soon. And if he's available (in a lot of leagues he is) Michael Turner is a great RB pickup.

We had gado as a handcuff for green. So I love to hear you say that. I hope he goes off like last year. He looked good last year. i think Green bay let one get away. Supposedly he couldn't learn the new offense. If he is just playable, then he could save us from williams.
My leauge is filled with roto geeks and it's tough to get anyone sneeky like that. We have 12 teams with 17 players. Our free agent pool sucks. I liked Bryant Johnson for arizona, but after his 40 yard score he'll be gone. It just seems like a matter of time before Boldin gets hurt and he would be valuable. Like I said we stretch in my league.
-
Yeah, I actually drafted Gado in the mid to late rounds in our league. He was awesome when he was in last year. Hopefully he can pick up pass protection a little better in Houston.

Will Moss ever put up good consistant numbers this year?

yeah I'm wondering when is it time to bench him. He has a bye this week so we don't have to think about it yet. He was my second pick. The idea of sittinng him already is killing me.
