I just set up a blog with some of my recent projects on it. There are 2 Jukeboxes there that I built from scratch, as well as an Upright MAME cabinet that runs Windows XP, MAME-32, and DAPHNE. There is also my most recent project a Corona Kegerator. Check them out and let me know what you think. The address is: www.thebasementarcade.blogspot.com
Thanks for looking. Any comments are welcome.

Nice Collection..
I like the steering wheel on the arcade machine, a unique solution...
-
That steering wheel solution is genius! I'd like to see more pics of that... does it work well in games like Sprint where you really whip the wheel around?
Heck, I think that steering wheel solution is worth a Mamey!!!
-
(http://)To be honest, I haven't tried playing Sprint with it yet. It works great for games like Turbo, Outrun and Motorcycle games, so it should work for sprint. I will try it out and let you know. Thanks for the input. I included a very crude drawing of the mouse hack for the steering wheel. I will try and get some pictures of the steering wheel out of the cabinet and the mouse hack itself, so you can see the actual devices.

You know, I'll bet that would work great with an optical mouse if you had some sort of patterned decal around the bottom of the PVC to give the mouse something to look at... and optical USB mice are a lot easier to find than ball USB mice! And without having to keep a ball in place you could remove the mouse shell and mount it more gracefully...
Again, this is just a killer idea! And you could go down to any auto parts store to get a wheel rather than cannibalize arcade wheels....

Great work dude! But...
"It now holds a Quarter Barrel of beer at a perfect 33 Degrees." 33 degree beer!!! that's an outrage :o :)
-
Kegs are always good!
I know you are saving up to get a bigger monitor for that kick ass arcade!

Sorry, I wasn't paying attention to my typing. The Kegerator is set at 36 Degrees, not 33 as I posted in the blog. Sorry for any confusion.
