The first appropriate action is to be taken by the members by hitting the "report to moderator" link located on all posts...

Sorry,
 I was so cheesed, I couldn't find the blasted "report this post" button.  now that I've taken a deep breath and counted to ten, I have located the button and will press it forthwith.

Too many spammers slipping through, I've set it back to administrator approval before an account is active...
