I just bought this arcade a couple of weeks ago, everything works flawlessly, just extremely dirty. I am upholstering the seat and adding foam and the yoke works perfectly just taking apart and cleaning. I need to know what EXACT button I need to buy from happs to replace the lightup boost buttons? I have never seen a hydra in a cockpit like this, it says LASERAGE VIDEO SYSTEMS on the back, so does anyone have any information on this? Just want to know if its a dedicated or not, but it looks like it is. any help would be great. thank you in advanced.

I would say that is some kind of conversion...I just say that because I have never seen a Hydra cabinet like that, and the sideart doesn't look like I would expect it to if that were a dedicated cab.
Do you have any pics of the control panel & yoke?

Looks a little like a star trek I saw once. But I don't think it had a top on it.
Just checked KLOV for Hydra, and it does have the big red boost button and it is a beige color, perhaps it was an orriginal but limited release. I never saw a cockpit version.

Yeah, looks similar to the "Captain's Chair" Star Trek sit down, but the monitor section is very different - looks much larger, and more "aerodynamic." I'd love to see some more pictures of this, looks very cool. I always was a big fan of sit down cabs...

Hydra was mainly available as a kit. So you mostly find it in converted machines.
I don't recognize it either. (Definitely not Star Trek)

Hydra Manual here, if it helps: http://asocoamusement.com/gamemanuals/hydra-tm354.pdf

I have a pair of those boost buttons off a stripped Hydra. They are used, though, if you're only interested in brand-new. Mine are red, just like the one in your pic.

Did you open the cabinet up? Usually there are clues there as well - serial number tags, dip switch settings, etc...
