Title: What does game start compulsion mean ?

In the neo geo games under setting up the cabinet ( in service mode) there is andoption for game start compulsion. You have to chose a number beetween 1 and 30 or without. What does this do. ??? ??? ???

I think It has to do with the number of seconds before a game starts after putting in a coin.  If you have you're game on freeplay it might not do anything.  Hopefully you'll get a more confident answer.

I've never heard anyone use the words "hat resistant" to describe a cookie.

"Owl proof" either, for that matter.
