Title: Need help with TV

Hi guys! I was hoping to use a tv for my mame machine, but i dont want to have to press the av button on the tv to get it to scart.  is there something that can make it change automatically, like dvd players do?

Also when i did try it out, the display was in black and white, what is that all about?  ???

What TV?
What video card?
