Title: Control Panel Elements Templates

Is there anywhere to obtain the templates for the control panel elements such as buttons and joysticks?
Preferably in a format usable in photoshop?

Only place I know of is from the cd that comes with the Project Arcade book.  I made all my CPs in photoshop from those templates.
