For those that has read my other posts about my monitor problems in my Impress, I am glad to say I bought a new 29" monitor and everthing works great. Now, I put all new Seimitsu sticks and buttons in. I also added a credit button. The last thing I want to do is wire the CP for a 4th button for NeoGeo fighters. The cab already has the 6 button Street Fighter style layout and there really isn't enough space to add a 7th button to either 1 or 2 player. Is there any other solutions?

All new candy cabs that don't have the "7 button layout" do one of the following for Neo.
Either (a) use the first 4 buttons on the left in a quasi-diamond layout or
(b) if they use the layout where the bottom left button sits out towards the left a little more than the top left button, they use it in conjuntion with the top three as a sort of arc.
See the P1 side of this CP:

And imagine buttons 4, 1, 2, 3 in an arc.
Note that the Capcom Impress doesn't use that second sort of layout. It's buttons 1 and 4 are directly above/below each other:

As such I'd recommend (a), unless you're willing to drill a hole in your CP to achieve the 7-button Neo arc layout.
Here's an example of the LS Sound 29 that has the 7-button layout:
