Anyone reproing these controls or is the only way to get them from an original cab? The 4 way with the fire button will do but I'd rather go all out for these! :P

I've been waiting forever for just such a control. I don't really care if it's a flight style or tank style handle, as long as it has a trigger button and one or two additional thumb buttons, and has the ability to switch to 4/8/'tron'-way modes (like the 49way or new Ultimarc analog stick). Happ sells flight and tank sticks but they are ridiculously expensive and either analog, 4 OR 8 way, not all 3.

I'm sure this would be doable as a homebuilt. Just epoxy a tron style stick to a longer 49-way shaft. Wire up the buttons and you are good to go.

Hack an Ultimarc 360 - I think it would be perfect...

I think you had expressed interest in the 49 ways earlier. You can use them.
Then follow these (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=32169.msg511090#msg511090) instructions.
This is what I am about to do. This way you can have the thumb triger capibility (when you want it) and not have to have a dedicated CP for such a thing.

Do you mean to put a ydkj buzzer onto a 49-way shaft???
-
No, I had seen a post somewhere, and they held the buzzer in their hand while holding the left or right joystick. Actually, now that I think about it, I think that it was just a stndard arcade pushbutton that whomever used. I am planning on doing the buzzer thing though.
