Its a Zaccaria Combat machine. All parts are present. It does not work. When a new game is started, it runs through all 5 balls in about 5 seconds and then goes to game over mode. The backglass is pristine, a 9.5 of 10, and it has been triple thicked to prevent any further degradation. The Playing field and cabinet are in similar condition. The playfield has almost no paint loss, if any. I don't believe it was ever mylared, except for the removable discs beneath the pop bumpers. Here are the problems. It doesn't have the following:
- Playfield Glass
- Lockdown Bar
- Left Slingshot Plastic
- Pop Bumper Caps
- back door
- key
Asking $175, but can come down from that somewhat. I paid $333, but the thing is just pissing me off at this point. Cash and carry. Pick-up in Jackson NJ.

Contacts, contacts, contacts. Clean the switches, all of them, all over the machine. Make sure the stepper motors can move properly. EMs can almost always be fixed with the same sequence of refurbs.
-
Can I borrow it to see if it fits through the stairs to my basement?
>:D
Sorry, couldn't resist...
I would pick it up, but I only have authorization for one more pin, and the boss really wants Whirlwind...
-
contacts, contacts, contacts. Cleaned 'em all. Removed all the bits of broken PF glass from the relays. Cleaned the steppers. No difference

I think I'd get a better deal if I contacted you through Craigslist. It's selling for $150 there. :D
I live on the second floor in an apartment complex. When you get to the top of the stairs you have to turn left to get in, so I'm not sure I can fit it in.
-
sorry about that. I don't really give too much care about price. I just really want to make back half of what I paid. $150 is fine. As far as getting it into your apartment, it shouldn't be a problem. Our basement has a 90 degree landing on the stairs and it got down just fine

Pins have no problems like that. If you can fit a person, you can fit a pin. Remove head, stand on end, move.
-
And sometimes, you can even fit a person in a pin
-
Not unless you're selling an empty cabinet. In that case, I can tell you exactly why it's not working. :laugh2:
-
Nah, in My Widebody Stellar Wars, my little brother fits just fine :laugh2:

What about a Hercules pin?
:D
-
Hercules isn't an EM. Different things involved.

Me and a buddy moved a Space Invaders pin down from the second floor by doing that once. And I mean ONCE. Thank God I didn't get the pin itch. Ugh - what a nightmare moving those. Vids are bad enough but pins - :dizzy:
-
There's a few guys in NJ who repair pins.. maybe see if they want to buy it or if they can fix for you.
-
If they want to buy it, fine. I want them sold, though. I need money

Are you serious? Pins are 10x easier to move. I've moved many, many of each, and a pin is easier every single time.
