This was an interesting read this morning. I wish they would have mentioned MAME.

Actually, I'm glad they didn't. IMHO a large part of the reason we don't have more legal issues with MAME is that we fly under the radar. If it started getting alot of publicity, I could see things turning ugly quickly. Companies don't mind too much when a couple thousand people are gray marketing their wares-open that up to tens and hundreds of thousands and things go poof quickly. Just look at what happened to Napster.

Great point. I guess I was just looking for some validation of being in on the ground floor of something cool. It probably is better just to be associated with the whole "retro/classic gaming" scene and leave MAME out of it. I don't want anything screwing this up either.
