Title: Toshiba 24AF45 vs. Wells Gardner K7400
Post by: releasedtruth on August 07, 2006, 11:29:29 am
Okay, I know I'll need an ArcadeVGA over a video card with component out so that's a wash, but I'm looking for some pros, cons for each. The obvious ones are price.

Toshiba = $270 after tax
WG = $450 after shipping

As to uses, I'll be playing almost solely MAME, maybe some NeoRageX, Daphne, no pc games. Not many vector games I don't think, mostly side scrollers and fighters. Thanks in advance,

GT

You can't beat a commercial arcade monitor. Rugged, reliable, built for heavy duty use, and can be repaired! Most tv sets made today are not economically repairable (throw aways).
