Title: Power Stone?

Hey!

Me and the wife love Power Stone, but since changing a PCB is ...troublesome, and
we don't want to play it on the Dreamcast, we thought that is must possible to
get for Mame. But I can't find anything!

Any clues as to why it doesn't exist?

I would play it on DC...it's a great port IMO :)

If you aren't wanting to play it on the DC because of the trouble hooking it up to your cab you should download Chankast.
