Title: Got a DS Lite today. What are the best PUZZLE style games???

I'm looking for puzzle games similar to Brain Age. Something that can just be picked up and played. What are some of the best? I'm completely new to the DS.

Tetris DS, Meteos, WarioWare Touched, and Trauma Center are good places to start.  Osu Tatakae Ouen is a fun ryhthm game that, despite being in Japanese, is easy to pick up and play.

Mr. Driller DS is an alright puzzle game.  It sticks to the mr driller formula and does not use the touch screen at all.  If you can get it cheaply, I'd pick it up.  I got my copy for $5.00 at Toys R Us.

Get nintendogs...The puzzle is trying to figue out what the point is...and why they made three different versions.

Well if you like Brain Age then Big Brain Academy is a no-brainer (pun intended).  Getting all the platinum medals will make you crazy - you have to be super quick.

They had the demo version of Big Brain Academy on the DS at WalMart today.  I figured I'd try it out while waiting for the wife.  Well 30 minutes later I was still playing it and had lost all sense of time.  I think some little kid came by a few times hoping I'd leave so he could play.  Great fun and very addictive.

Never though about the whole dual touch screen before but after playing I definitly see its potential for shaking up games.  This makes me even more excited about picking up the Wii when it comes out.  Will get the DS now sometime down the line as games like this are perfect for that quick escape inbetween life events.

actually you can play GBA games on the DS, so it sorta is.  DS-GBA-PSP lol!!!!1one
