Title: Link to USB PORT adapters?

I saw it on this board before but can't locate it in search. It was a usb port that a guy added on to the front of his control panel so he could plug usb stuff into it. Where can I find these things, Its nto a normal 3 or 4 port adapter, it is actually single usb port that you can slide in the control panel looks very neat clean and professional. Thanks
