thanks for the link shardian! 

Unfortunately that auction is for a hi/low shifter.  What I'm after actually works like a foot pedal, it increases speed the farther you push it.  I'd actually get a foot pedal except that I'm paralysed from mid-chest down (too much gravity, not deep enough water.) So when I saw this hand throttle I got all giddy since I'd be able to play driving games again.
