Some arcade games which use a motorcycle (or bike) handlebar as the control assembly and have a clamp attached to the left or right part of the handlebar which has a couple of buttons on it. This is so when you are moving left and right, you can easily click the button to perform some game move, jump, etc...
Any idea what these clamp things are called and where I can find some?
Thanks

Have you tried www.happcontrols.com (http://www.happcontrols.com)?

I did look at HappControls.com online site under "Driving controls" and "Pushbuttons" and could not find anything resembling what I am looking for. I searched for "handlebar" and "motorcycle" just for the hell of it, but nothing turned up relating to my needs as well.
I guess I do not know the technical name, so searching is not going well.

Not sure of what you mean, but if you're looking for a bike-joystick take a peek at this; http://europe.thrustmaster.com/products/d_prd.php?p=T89&fam=4
Not sure that this is what you're looking for though, but hey! I tried :D

It may not help, but this week scan in the UK are offering a motorcycle control panel free with orders over

I already have a Sega HangOn motorcycle assembly with 3 potentiometers (left/right, gas, brake). However, I want to be able to use this assembly with many games in Mame, some of which might have a need to have buttons on the handlebars (can not think of any games) to allow for firing a gun, jumping, etc....
Basically, how can I attach small buttons to the handlebars....maybe one of each side?

The close-up picture of the Sega HangOn steering assembly shows the dual button clamp I am trying to find:

Any help as to where I can purchase a couple of these dual button clamp things would be appreciated. Please note, I have already asked the Ebay seller this question but I wanted to know what you people thought as well.
PS: What is the real name for this "button clamp thing"

Try a bike or motorcycle shop. Just an idea.
