Title: Router Bit question..

is there a bit that's like a flush bit but upside down? As in the the guide is on the top instead of the bottom? Thanks!

Make sure you scroll down on that linky. If I am interpreting your question correctly, you want a pattern bit.

That is correct. Sorry I didn't say which one it was. And it worked great too! I can't imagine trying to do this without a router. I think I would of lost my mind...
