That's going to fall under the "asking for roms" rule here, which you can't do.

The DC Bios is proprietary, and you are not technically supposed to download it.  You'll have to find this one on your own so we don't get the site in trouble.

google is your friend. I did a search and just found them... Its not on page one, but click through enough links and it can be found.
