I just thought I should give Andy from Ultimarc some well deserved praise.  He runs a fine business and is always willing to help!

 I ordered from different firms Silk Stick, ArcadeRick, Suzo... :P  And I recommend only Ultimarc. There is no problem with delivery (quickly) and complaints.

I believe I've posted in a similar message, but it's worth saying again...I second all the above.  I've never met an online business person quite like Andy.  He truly runs a fine business. 

Not to steal the thread, but Mike over at Dream Arcades is about the only other person I'd put in the same boat.  Both guys are stellar.

Ok....back to the Andy praise   ;D   :applaud: :applaud:

Hey Kowal,

Do you order from Suzo Poland or Holland ?

I've had no complaints about Suzo's Head offices here in Holland. Always friendly and helpful.

But indeed Andy is great to deal with. My only "problem" is that he insists only to ship through DHL....

Polish Suzo ;D  Idiot accepts orders. They answer on mail when it will want to them (5 minutes of, 5 days, never). They do not know what may on storage, price, shipping.... cosmos
they sended me 2xEurostyle (http://www.kowal.itcom.pl/ArcadeParts_pliki/SESJ.htm) instead of Universal, Inductive :blah: I had made their reviews before I sended it ;D

I also second all the above  :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:.  Shipping was so fast, that one could start to think Andy has a warehouse in the states   ;D.  And for the quality, his products are excellent (at least the ones I bought: magsticks, buttons, ipac2).

Ive had 4 orders from him now  ;D  sticks buttons and i pacs all arrived super quick with no problems at all.   :notworthy: :notworthy:
