Title: Multisync Monitor ?'s and 33" size location.

I have been researching monitors, and Ive eliminated billabs because they no longer make a curved screen monitor (as listed on their site) I am looking at the Betson and Wei-ya monitors in 27". I realy would like one in a 33" but I'm having a hard time locating anything but a Wells 9200.  Can someone explain to me the difference between a multisync monitor that does 15k/24k/31k vs. 15k-38K? The monitor will be connected to a chaintech 6600gt.
