Finally finished the game room, been working on it for three years, I imagine the walls may get busier as I find things but the main stuff is all in place. If you can believe it, this is the first room that you see when you enter the house. Wife originally wanted to make this a formal living room. Took some serious Jedi mind tricks to talk her into this, but soon after I started it began a life of it's own. Now she likes it, especially when her friends come over with their kids. Anyway, here are some pictures!

Looks nice. I like the dark colors you have chosen for the room. How often does the slot get played? Is it one of those japaneese slots? Interested in getting a couple of those once we move into a bigger house next year (with my own dedicated gameroom ;D).

Wow that looks great! Any chance you can take on a Padawan? My wife doesn't want my cocktail cab to go anywhere but our unfinished basement... I could use some of your powers.

Actually the TV is on a swivel mount, I can easily move it out of the way if I want to play darts. Also handy because I can face it anywhere depending on where we are in the room.

It's a converted pachislo slot all of the reels and artwork were replaced with monopoly. Actually the room doesn't see a whole lot of use unless we are having company over. Most of my free time is spent in my office making game videos, so I do not get to play too much. I think I average 4-5 hours a day on the emumovies project, that ticks the wife off way more than a game room. ;D The machine is ok but I am hoping to get a real IGT slot one of these days, too bad they are illegal in California.

Stick in in the living room the day before a party, once all of her friends and their husbands/boyfriends start gasping at how cool it is then you will win!
