Title: Sold - Tempest upright near Seattle - $650 - Sold
Post by: Paladin on July 11, 2006, 01:49:21 pm
My second Tempest restore is up for sale.  Asking $650 firm.  Full
details and pictures of the restore are on my website at:
http://home.comcast.net/~dark.paladin/tempest2

New parts include:
Side art
T-molding
Power cord
Monitor tube
"Big blue" and bridge rectifier on the transformer block
All capacitors on the ARII board

Parts that could use some work:
Back of cabinet is painted gray - can't be seen from the front
Control panel overlay - some cracking at the bends
Marquee overlay - missing a piece in the upper right corner
Monitor tweaking - colors a bit off, I'm not a monitor expert so I
haven't tried to get it better

Extra parts included:
Untested monitor deflection board - problably not working, but good to
have a spare
Fuses - I bought a fuse kit, but only needed one fuse.
ARII rebuild kit parts that I didn't need - 2 transistors and 2 voltage
regulators
