I just received all my PC components and started assembling my computer. I need to connect all the case connectors (e.g. reset switch, speaker switch etc.) and I can't figure out which direction they connect.
My ASUS motherboard manual, clearly outlines what each pin is and where they connect, but the Antec case manual merely says the label on the connectors should "face the front of the case". Unfortunately, the front is not an option: it is either the top or the bottom.
Each connector has two wires, one of which is a color and the other is either black or white. The colored lead is always labeled with an "S" but I don't know what the "S" stands for!
I could always pick a direction and try it, but I'm afraid I would damage my MB if I do that. I checked the Antec web site and that was no help. Any suggestions?

1 you cant kill your comp doing this i usually just flip em around if they dont work

Fractal,
Good to see that you dropped Enlight in favor of Antec. I usually just try em both ways with no harm done.

I had mine with the labels facing out from the board, but the case lights didn't work so I turned them all around. I now have the coloured wire as the + part of the connector. The power and reset still works either way the connector is plugged.
Have a go, it won't do any damage to either the board or the case.
BTW, which case did you get? I have the Plus1080

Thanks, guys. I'll just do it by trial and error.
cdbrown, I got the SLK1600. Only 300 watts, but I think that should be enough.

Should be plenty. Case looks sweet.
Good luck
