Title: What vertical shooter had this boss?

Played this a while ago and was telling a buddy about it (we were talking about weirdest bosses). One of the bosses is a spiders body with a cats head. I think it's a late 80's-early 90's game.

I've been going through games to show him and I can't remember the name of it.

Thats not it... Good call though. I saw the cat/boat boss when I looked at screenshots on KLOV.
The game I'm thinking of was a top down vertical shooter.

EDIT... I found it. The game is Guwange. Here is the boss I was referring to.
