Title: Arcadetokens.com upcoming price increase..If you were on the fence, order now.

I will be raising the price of my tokens after the July 4 holiday (for example:$1 increase for a 200 lot.)   I wanted to give a little advance warning for my friends here in case anyone was on the fence about ordering.

No sir.  The price increases are because I took a hard look at our pricing model and realized that we were under-recovering for all the packing materials, higher priced fuel for frequent trips to the post office, etc.  Not to mention it is a gi-normous pain in the butt counting and packing the tokens.

The current pricing is two years old and was arrived at before we had a good feel for all that.  The new pricing will only be about 3% higher, and I think it is still fair.

The price increase is more than fair.


So when can we expect to be able to place our orders for the 2006?

Let's face it, a $1 increase for 200 tokens is half a cent per token. This is not a big deal. what is a big deal is the OFFICIAL RELEASE DATE FOR THE TOKENS!!!!! When can we buy them?????

Agreed. Plus the fact the post office has raised prices recently.

I know just how easy it is to underestimate the cost of packing supplies and labor for packing even simple ordrers. $1 increase seems reasonable to me too.

The website doesn't quite work. The link sends you to the 2005 order part. you have to change the number to 3, to get to the pre-order page.


At least, it does in firefox.

Try that again, you must have loaded the page earlier.. I fixed that a few hours ago.


Yes gang, the ordering pages are upfor 2006.

After playing around with the artists' Illustrator files to provide final blinged example images, I've gotta say the final minted tokens are gonna be second to NONE.  :notworthy: Flat out the best yet. You're gonna kick yourself if you're on the fence and let these go.

I think he was refering to people on the fence of ordering his remaining '04, '05 and MAME tokens in stock before the increase......

I will say the '06 tokens are the best yet....
