Title: Trackball and spinner not working

I have a slikstik classic on my cab and I can't seem to get the trackball and spinner up and running.

In games like centipede and marble madness (classic trackball games) I am forced to use my joystick.

I have tried to change the inputs for each game but I haven't had any luck with it.  What am I missing?

How can I set up MAME to recognize my trackball and spinner for my games?

1.  do the trackball and mouse work in windows?


2.  Are you using mame32 or regular mame?



in case you dont answer I'm guessing:  In Mame32 you need to grab the options tab and go into input devices or something and check the box for "enable mouse input"

in regular mame you will need to adjust the mame.ini file manually to read "mouse input 1" instead of "mouse input 0"
