I just wanted to post a link to this guys website. He has good prices and his customer service is outstanding. I ordered a Donkey Kong Bezel from his yesterday afternoon and it was on my doorstep this morning (I only live about 200 miles from him). It was packaged well with plenty of packing peanuts (say that three times) and looked good. Anyways, from that experience I highly reccomend him if your looking for some replacement parts for your cabinets.

No doubt. I have used them several times and I have always gotten my stuff the folowing day.
(Even when I ordered my monitor)
-
Also noteworthy is that they have several items that aren't necessarily listed on their website page. And significantly cheaper than most advertised prices on the net.
Very pleasurable experience by calling their 1800 number and telling them what I needed.

Fourth positive ... Steve's a great guy and I've loved everything I have ordered from them (and have a relatively long list of purchases awaiting budget).
Cheers

Yes, great service. Ordered one day, got it the next. :applaud: :applaud: :applaud:
Impresive selections of parts. :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy: Very convenient.
I am about 250 miles away. May go visit if I get a chance.
ROAD TRIP!!!

I add another tick to the "great service" column. There was a backorder but they kept on top of it and called me the moment they restocked. Everything arrived two days later, nicely package.

I just called them and ordered something. Very friendly and even though it is the end of the day, they said they might even be able to ship it today! Two thumbs up!

I ordered a Williams CP trim from them, since they seemed to be the only folks that had one. The price was right and the part came in right away. Great to work with. :applaud:

This site seems to have a lot of stuff!!! I am very interested in the "Programmable Multi-Game JAMMA PCB". Anyone know if it runs other format games such as CPS 1/2, Konami, Neogeo, etc? Thanx.

Short answer -- nope, the list is rather small (the board started out, I believe, as only doing horizontal Williams games for MultiWilliams cabinets).

I purchased their Multi-Williams game that uses that board.
The cabinet was well protected when shipped and their price was the most reasonable I've found anywhere for a new full size arcade cabinet. The joysticks, buttons and monitor used in the Multi-Williams cabinet is high quality.
I am very happy with my purchase from arcadeshop and have purchased other parts from them and have always been pleased with the ease in ordering and the speed in receiving the items.
I've spoken with Steve before and he seems very knowledgable about which parts would be required for restoring or converting a cabinet.

I bought my coctail speaker grills from them. It was shocking how fast they came. It was one of those didnt I just order this yesterday moments.
most definatly would buy from them again.

Be warned - They have a lot of parts listed on their website that they don't ACTUALLY have and that won't be re-run indefinitely. So if you are planning on building/restoring a game, and need such-and-such part, you better call and try to ORDER it before starting your project.
Otherwise... they are practically an arcade restoration staple... practically all the artwork they have is also high quality, screen-printed stuff, not inkjet stuff which is invariably lower quality.
