It's an official Namco website selling stuff for mobile phones. The games aren't anything new, but the wallpapers and especially the ringtones are a bit special. There is a REALLY long list of Namco (and Sega) games that have a couple tunes apiece that you can download as ringtones. I think I might have to make the theme from Mr Driller my ringtone. :)
