Title: dreamcast question?

i i have a dreamcast and the games but is there a emulater that will run the game disc for xp?
so i could play them on my cabinet?

i found a few emulators and so on but they all need bios...I'm not to sure where to start....any help would be greatly appreciated.... :cheers:

Chankast is the only real working emulator out there but it still has limited compatability.  However it does play some games rather well.  A search on chankast compatability will get you to some pretty complete lists as far as what works and what does not.

As far as the images go, I do not think that it will work with store bought games because the are GD-Roms not CD-Roms and your drive will not read them.  So you will have to find rips of the game "that you already own"  ;D in order to play them on your pc.

If I am wrong please feel free to correct me on this one.

There is a plug'n play module for Chankast available for AtomicFE , if you want try that emulator without spending to much time to configure it.

I don' think the module can read directly CD , you will have to use a CD Image, i think.
