Title: Opti-Pac not working

I got an Opti-Pac with a USB cable.  Everytime I plug it in I get "USB Device not recognized".  I have played with the Opti-Pac jumpers, but to no avail.  The Serial cable works fine with the Opti-Pac, but I would rather use USB obviously.   My USB mouse and USB steering wheel both are recognized fine, but not the Opti-Pac.

Any ideas?  Thanks.

It's gotta be the jumper.  Those can be a bit confusing if you're not thinking straight.
