Where can i find the right graphic card to run my 27" tv from my pc with a s-video output?

I have always been told ati cards are the best for tv out

Ok ATI card it is but are all ati cards got the s-video jack? Like the Radeon 9200 does it have the s-video the discreption of it does not say?

Yes it does have s-video out.

Also, You might want to look into going the component route over the s-video.

He is referring to a type of analog video connector that is common for HDTV and DVD players. It has three separate jacks 1 green, 1 blue, and 1, yellow. These offer a better picture quality than S-video, however you will need to get a TV that has component inputs.
Often times the ATI cards will not have component, but will have a DVI output. In which case ATI sells a dongle to convert to component for like 20.00 bucks.
Check into an hybrid arcade monitor if you have the funds. It can plug into any standard video card using just the stock vga connector. Plus, you'll be happier in the end.
