howdy chaps,
just a quick one, I have been contacted about a Sega Aero City that has suffered from Frame Collapse, I also last week had an Aero City literally frame collapsed right in front of my eyes aswell.
both chassis are identical Nanao MS8's
my question is simple - is this fixable ?? I've advised the guy I spoke to to contact JoMac and send the chassis's off to him.
pretty much i'm just looking for confirmation that yea its fixable or No you need a new chassis.
which brings me nicely to my final question. anyone know where to get a generic chassis thats compatible with a Nanao MS8 ? would 8 Liners have anything ?
thanks in advance for any help or advice

If you mean "no vertical deflection" then yes it's repairable. Jomac even has instructions if you choose to do it yourself. It requires carefull soldering skills though as well as some desoldering too.

Check
Q401 &402
and change
R433 2.2K 1/4W
R434 27 ohms 1/4W
this should take care of the Ver Def.
